Please fill in the following form in order to send us your reservation request. You will receive a reply once we examine your request.


Prior to booking please review our hotel policies. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
  • A deposit of 30% of your stay total is required to gaurantee your reservation.
  • The reservation must be paid, within 2 working days. You have to send the receipt of the deposit immediately in order for your reservation to be confirmed.
Check In
  • 14:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your villa is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
Check Out
  • Until 12:00
  • Crib/cots and high chairs for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.
  • Payment of the remaining balance, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
  • We accept cash, bank deposits, and Credit card.
  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to
  • Cancellation requests received 14 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus any banking/money transfer costs.
  • Cancellation requests received less than 14 days will receive no refund.
  • 'Non-shows' your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded
Early departures
  • If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
  • Daily cleaning is provided for all rooms/studios.
  • Linens and towels are changed every second day, unless you request otherwise.
  • We accept small pets only upon request
  • Smoking is striclty prohibited in all interior areas of the villa. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
